This is Level Upgrade Editor for Tech Tool Online Accounts. It can change the authorization of Standard Online Accounts. The restricted transactions offered by your online account can be upgraded to transactions with more options. Authorization of a simple account, subscription to service Volvo vehicles. Allows user to read/clear DTC’s, Perform Diagnostics, Perform Test, Calibrations and Select Parameter programming but "it won't let you do specific ECU programming." Or you have a higher account and you can do many things for Volvo (eg. ECU programming, read/clear DTC and Parameter programming) but you can't take any action for other brands (eg. Mack, Renault, Volvo Buses, Volvo Construction Equipment...) Regardless of your account, you can give full authorization to your account with this editor and get full access to many Tech Tool sub-brands.
